Superbowl...Super Game!
What a great Superbowl! Whether your rooted for the Pats, as I did, or the Seahawks, you had to agree it was one of the great Superbowls in the history of this storied big game. The 28 to 24 win for the Patriots had so many twists and and kept this football fan on the edge of my seat throughout the entire game. Malcolm Butler's interception is truly one of the biggest plays in NFL history and resulted in some of the greatest shows of emotion you will ever see. Just watch the individual cut-away shots of Tom Brady or Richard Sherman to see the high to low and low to high reactions of the game's key players.
Tom Brady was once again the game's MVP, his third Superbowl MVP, and his 4th victory in the big game, putting him into the elite class with Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw as the only QB's with 4 Superbowl wins. But this game had so many heroes on both sides. Malcolm Butler, Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, Russel Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, just to name a few. All these guys and many other players made so many great plays making this a truly memorable Superbowl. It was just an awesome television event. Watch the highlights here to see it all again.
The Other Game... Super Commercials
Katie Perry aside, the other fun part of Superbowl Sunday is seeing all the great TV commercials. This year's game between the Pats and Seahawks was the most watched TV program ever, and many were tuned in for the whole entertainment package. There's always great commercials that get talked about the next day and everyone has their favorite, mine being the Marsha Brady Snickers spot. What was your favorite? February is Black History Month
It originally started out as Negro Week back in 1950, and was promoted to Black History Month by President Gerald Ford back in 1976. You can find an event celebrating important moments in black history throughout MA and in most states across the country, and you can learn about the deep cultural, political, and musical impact black heritage has on the US and the world. Video Tips For You
Lighting is a critical element that is often overlooked in videos you see online these days. When you have to shoot with existing light, be sure to avoid bright lighting behind your camera subjects. This is called back-lighting and will, in most cases, cause your camera to auto adjust incorrectly, and make the front-side of your subjects to be dark or under-exposed. So avoid windows and other bright walls or objects, and put those behind you so that your subjects or not back lit. This is one way to improve your production values.
